I had an issue with my pen. Cannot say enough about the sincerity and helpfulness of Consumer Care. I am not one to write reviews, but felt that the support exceeded my expectations - and for that reason, I would seek out a Quartet product in the future.

I was going to send this to my son in the Middle East - I could find extra replacement batteies. I went to 4 stores - if I could not find them, there is now way my son could get them on an Army base in god knows where.

We do presentations on a TV screen using Apple TV with our iMac. The red pointer will not work on a TV screen.

This 4 function laser pointer is so handy, and great for pointing out important facts when doing a presentation. We have several of these throughout the building.
